Totally gorjuss - Challenge 28 - Stitching -

Good morning!!...can you believe it's time for another challenge over at Totally Gorjuss ..we really enjoyed checking out all your Gorjuss Girls last week...your such a talented bunch!!..this week we would like to see stitching on your project - real or faux...i do hope you will join us :-)

This is something a little different for me - but its always good to try new things - im loving all the new princess and pirate magnolia stamps - i want them all...sigh...ive used a shaped card (can you tell)..from Anita's..which i ran through my cuttlebug embossing folder.....perfect for a little princess :-)..ive coloured with promarkers (sorry..must remember to start writing the colours down) and gone over her wings and flowers with stardust stickles..and added a little glossy accent to the frog...ive punched and layered some flowers and added some jewels for extra sparkle :-)...simples

April showers bring May flowers....

Well firstly...heres something a little a bit different for me..a card with no image!!..its an order for a lady at work..and all she wanted was her sentiment (computer generated) and some flowers..oh and she likes the "standy uppy" cards..im actually quite pleased with it..though if i had more time id have made a better job of the sentiment..but it was a last minute thing...ive still managed to fit it to some challenges though :-)

now secondly..i just wanted to apologise for being a bit of a bad blogger..ive been sooo busy this week..so thankyou everyone who has left such lovely comments and i will try my bestest to pop round you all over the weekend and show some love...Debs

Totally Gorguss

It's that time of the week again!!...and this week ..wait for it...i'm sooo excited...drum roll.....we have SUZANNE WOOLCOT  sponsering  our challenge over at Totally Gorjuss ...how fantastic is that...so  we want to see those GORJUSS GIRLS on all your creations ...as always the team have come up with some amazing cards for your inspiration...i think we are all a little nervous so would really appreciate a little love 

..i also made my card for my fabby teamie at BTCAG - Lisa who celebrated her birthday this week ..ive used K&Co papers which i have distressed a little and added silver stickles..the large and small flowers are prima and ive coloured with promarkers..it also has a coating of glimmer mist and glossy accent on her boots..im a bit disappointed with the piccy as i think it looked much nicer in real life!!

A day out

just a quick make....i had planned an eve off last night but hubby came in and said "have you got any man's cards...only...."...you know how it goes...and he knows i dont "do" mens cards...but he gave me the eyes so i gave in but told him it would only be something simple...this is why i chose one of mo's images - i figured there's enough detail in the image and mens cards dont really need to be too fussy :-)
