Passion for Promarkers - Challenge 67 - Teddy Bears Picnic

Morning!!...hope we've all had a wonderful bank holiday weekend??!...ive had a fabulous crafty time :0)...but back to the grind today...and seeing as it's tuesday we have another fabulous challenge for you over at Passion for ProMarkers ...the lovely Denise has chosen the theme "Teddy Bears Picnic" so we want to see all your cute  bear creations....this weeks prize is a £10 voucher for Joanna Sheen

my bear has decided its a little too chilly for a picnic and has opted for a hot chocolate instead!!

he was a real bargain in the sales after last christmas and was only a couple of pounds :0)

i decided i would make an easle card with him but i always have trouble getting the piccies just right!!

the image is of course Forever Friends, papers are DCWV..the white snowflakes are stickers by Papermania and ive added silver snowflakes from my Marrianne dies..ive also put them and the silver border through  my new papermania snowflake embossing folder for extra dimension...and stickled all the edges in silver....ribbon and jewels are from my stash and ive coloured with promarkers :0)

Hello!!..its Dan's birthday today and he's had to work :0(....but at least it means i get a little crafting time!!...so im sharing his card with you before i go and get creative....he's always wanted a bike but i wont let him have one....

ive finally used some of my 7 gypsies papers i bought back in May with my birthday money ...ive distresed all the edges and used old paper distress inks to age the image and just highlighted a few areas with a splash of colour i also scrunched the image up but you cant tell on the piccy....

another quickie to share..this one is for my SIL's birthday and she's training to be a nurse at the moment!!...

the papers are basic grey , the image is a digi by prairie fairy and ive coloured with promarkers adding a little glossy accent to her shoes and bag..the sentiment was from Create with TLC which i thought was perfect for this image

My first Hanglar at Passion for Promarkers

Hello peeps :0)..this week at Passion for ProMarkers its my turn to choose the challenge so ive created a sketch with an additional theme of "Autumn Colours"...as usual the rest of the DT have some fabulous inspiration for you so pop by and spread the love :0) our prize this week is a £10 voucher for Stampeezee

and here's my sketch...

and here's my take on it :0)....

its my very first Hanglar...i love these images and was lucky enough to recieve some in a RAK..ive had them for months but was too scared to colour them in case i didnt do them justice!!..ive added glossy accents to the flower and shoes..the papers are SU and ive punched the flowers with my EK retro punches ive also added a few pearls and swirls (courtesy of Kaylou..thanks chick) to the corners..ive also added faux stitching and inked all the edges with my brown Stazon (must buy more distress inks!!)...

so...today I'm sharing a Christmas card with our Fairy Special "Nichola"... and all of

the papers and flowers I've used are by Papermania and I've coloured with my new Aqua Markers, I've lightly distressed and then edged the papers with gold stickles as well as the flowers and have added stardust stickles to the image

Wags n Whiskers Sneak Peek Day 2

Howdy doody :0)...im back with another "fairy" special sneak peek for Wags n Whiskers ...im pleased to introduce "Lacey"..isn't she fabulous??!!

ive gone with autumn colours but if you pop over to the WnW Blog there are links to the rest of the team so you can check out just how versatile these new stamps are :0)

the papers are a mix of K&Co, Papermania and Trimcraft..ive edged the papers and stamped the swirls with some brown stazon, ive coloured with promarkers and she's had a very generous helping of stardust stickles, the ribbon is from my stash and the beadie thingy was from "the works"

im also entering her in this weeks MAWTT challenge where the theme is "Glitter"

Morning all...well it's come round to Tuesday again and my first day back at work after 5 weeks off...so im hoping my post schedules ok as Mr Blogger seems to have been very hit and miss of late...it also means its time for another challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this week Anja chose the theme of "Winter Blue Christmas"..and the prize is a £10 voucher for the Secret Crafter ....

LOTV - winter and more.....

Ayup!!...well i was a busy little bee last night i can tell you....but i can only share one of my cards today :0)... yesterday my new LOTV stamps arrived..just 1 or 2 you understand....ok.... 8 new xmas and a girlie one!!..i think i may soon need councelling for my addiction :0)....and the DT have been showing sneak peeks of some more to come..Oh dear ive a feeling more things are going to be "falling" in my basket..lol

ive used my new DCWV xmas papers which ive distressed with my new TH distress tool...big snowflakes are from my new Marianne Dies (from the local market..2 for £10!!)...have we noticed a theme yet ;0)...only thing is theres not much left in my craft tin now and so many more things i "NEED"....ive coloured with promarkers and used my favourite xmas colours ..i just love blues...and of course the whole card has been stickled within an inch of its life..and to think i used to be afraid of them!!

Ayup..me again :0)..ill try and keep it quick..just a couple of cards to share and a few challenges to enter...the first is another "man" card (dont ask)...for my FiL's birthday this month..he loves doing BBQ's not that weve really had the weather for it!!...its a gorgeous LOTV image i bought ages ago and ive only just inked it up!!...ive kept it pretty simpl as he wouldnt like anything too fussy..

Dont you just love it....

....when a plan comes together!!  :-)..i was asked to make an engagement card and figured id have a look round the regular challenges i normally join in and ive managed to fit it into loads .. which makes a change as i dont get to join in all that often :-)...

so.. the papers are MME...flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the Lace is from my mate Kaylou (cheers hon)..ive coloured with promarkers and stamped round the edges using tattered rose distress ink..the edges are also distressed with a few stardust stickles thrown in for good measure...hope you likey :-)

Wags n Whiskers 1st DT Card

Well its finally arrived :-)..my first challenge with the girls over at Wags n Whiskers ....and this week teamie Chris has chosen the theme "triple play" so we want to see things in threes :-)...It could be three techniques (sewing, dry embossing, water coloring), three stamps, three embellishments, three embossing folders, anything with 3.... the image i have chosen is a  Wags n Whiskers  Digi called "Purrfect Day" which you can find here ....

ive opted for 3 DP's and 3 different embellies - Flowers, Ribbon, pearls and ive used 3 different punches - MS Border Punch, MS leaf punch and EK Retro Flower Punch.....see how easy it is !! :-)

ive coloured with promarkers and the yummy papers are by Basic Grey and i got them from Crafty Emma's Store

Remember you must use a Wags n Whiskers stamp to be eligable for the prize of one free WnW stamp of your choice :-)

ok..whats going on??...not only did someone steal a few days they stole a whole month!!....i mean surely it's not August?!...it is??..oh well it must be time for another challeng over at By The Cute And Girly ...this month the fabulous Geraldine has chosen the theme "animal antics"...so not just our pets but wild, fictional, mythalogical.etc...so hop on over to see what the rest of the DT did :-)

i had my first attemp at altering a frame (be gentle) and used the fabulous "Snooty Cat" image from Bella Design Studio
