By The Cute And Girly - My April Makes..

Woo hoo!!...It's challenge time at By The Cute And Girly and this month we have a "Fairytale" theme...hop on over and check out the rest of the DT's fabulous work....as for me i couldnt resist a little Alice In Wonderland...and i have also got some cross stitch projects in varying degrees of difficulty...but this challenge is for any type of craft so feel free to join in....

i know what your thinking...Swans??...whats so fairytale about that??.....but the ugly duckling did turn into a beautiful swan....and Hans Christian Anderson also wrote a story called "The Eleven Swans"....and swanlake is also based on a fairytale too....this paper weight is also quick and easy to make...

and who doesn't love Pooh bear??..this is pretty easy to complete too as there are lots of blocks of colour...

...and this is just for inspiration....lots of colour combining and every square has a stitch...even the white bits!!...but if you've just finished a larger project and it fits the theme ....link it up coz we would love to see :-)

Totally Gorjuss - Hearts - Challenge 23 GDT card

Good morning...hope your all ready for the weekend....we're back with another challenge for you over at Totally Gorjuss   where this week we would like to see hearts on your projects..this could be the image/ dp/ diecut etc etc...we had a fantastic amount of entries last week so thankyou to all that entered :-)....the image ive used is a KK stamp called Josephine, .. i've had her since xmas and its the first time ive inked her up...  i got her from Tracy at Dies to Die For and she also happens to be our sponser this week if you've never shopped there before you ought to check it out.... she has soooo many stamps(and other goodies too)..you will defo need a coffee!!...oh and she always packages them so lovely in gorgeous tissue paper with a few little extras....anyhow advert over ;-) ... for the rest  of the day  i shall be in another cardmaking frenzy..1 wedding, 4 easter and 4 birthday cards to make!!..im sure ill manage to fit them into a few challenges though ....lol...enjoy your weekend Debs x

Pollycraft DT call

Howdy doody!!...well Casey is having a fab birthday but i had to sneak off to post this before i missed the deadline!!....Firstly pollycraft are looking for new DT members and you have until midnight on fri 26th march to get your entry in...you need to use one of the free digi images provided and you can find them and more details HERE ....i'm also entering it into the I ♥ ProMarkers  challenge where there is a fab sketch but they want NO DP...you must design your own!!....ive stamped mine with some stamps that came with a daisy and dandelion set...ive coloured with promarkers ... added a little glossy accent to the beak, feet and candle..and some opal dust for a little extra sparkle to the flame and icing....mmmm...yummy...the sentiment is also pollycraft and everything else is from my stash....

Casey's 10th birthday card...

Well i can hardly believe it but Casey is 10 tomorrow...double figures!!..it only seems like yesterday i was holding him in my arms :-) .... of course he had to choose what he wanted on the card..i think he would have made it himself if i had let him....he even told me what colours to use....i'm also going to enter it in a few challenges...thanks for stopping by...Debs x
