LOTV Christening....

Hope your all having a fabulous weekend...May is a very busy month for me - 3 birthdays down already and another 4 to go!!...but today i'm sharing some Christening cards i made for someone at work..she wanted an Easel card in a box for her god-daughter and the same card to give the parents..i've used a super sweet LOTV stamp and my cuttlebug swirl embossing folder...ribbon is from my stash and ive punched a few flowers with my EK retro punch and added a few gems...ive coloured with PM's and added diamond stickles to the card edges....

just a quickie before i drop the kids off at school :0)..over at the SN Facebook group Fiona has set us the challenge of Squares using our scraps...so i just had another play with my copics :0)

i just love this image it's the first time i've inked him up it's called "Worried" by Kathy Hare and is available from Funky Kits

papers are all scraps..ive added a little faux stitching and some buttons :0)

A Crafty Kind Of Day....

So today i figured i'd set a bit of time aside to craft..we've been so busy with half term and then the Royal Wedding and bank holiday that my stash was defo feeling neglected!!....so today i inked up a LOTV stamp that i got ages ago and hadn't had chance to play with and had another go with my copics......hope you likey :0)

papers are buzzcraft and the swirl is a Marianne Die..I've also used my MS Border punch and added ginham ribbon from my stash...all finished off with a few stardust stickles, flowers and pearls...

The Sugar Bowl....

well just a quickie from me before bed....over at The Sugar Bowl they have a fabby sketch for you to follow ..i was going to use one of the newer Sassy's but this one is Milly's favourite and she insisted i use it :0)...only 8 but very bossy!!.... 

not sure what's happening to the pic's in blogger lately coz they are really clear on my pooter :0(

i think the papers were Bo Bunny but they are the last few scraps..."Bad Hair Day" is coloured with ProMarkers...and other than a little distressing and stickles ive kept it pretty simple..the flowers are an EK retro punch and ive used little button brads for the middles as this was the optional extra theme for the challenge....

I LOVE these sassy girls and their creator Krista has a fantastic blog full of inspiration....i've even taken some tips on doing Milly's hair...not totally tidy but good for a first attempt???

 i cant believe how quickly she is growing!!

Bling It On...Challenge 3

Sooo...it was my turn to choose the challenge this month at Bling It On  and i went with this photo for your inspiration....

The DT were supplied with a choice of images to use  and i went with "Daisy Pitcher"..i've kept this one pretty simple with just a little glitter to the edges and a glitter gel pen for that added bling :0)..ive used my embossing folders and coloured with ProMarkers..

A Spell At Simply Sassy??.......

...don't mind if i do...wouldn't we all love to have a short spell with these ladies..and if your quick you still might as the Simply Sassy Team are having a GDT call....so i've decided that i'm going to try and cast a little magic on Maria..are you ready.....

hahaha..the spell might not actually work but hopefully it will give you all a chuckle.....i won "Best Witches" in their first ever blog hop and have been dying to ink her up  :0).....

Maria has designed a fabby sketch for us all to use so here's the finished card....

the papers are SU and i've coloured with a combination of ProMarkers and Copics...the SN face book challenge this week is spots and dot's so here's one last close up with my dotty paper....

now before i go i have another card to share this time for the Sugar Bowl Challenge where again Maria has created a fabby sketch with the option of purple and green...ive used a subtle tea green.....

papers are PM which i have distressed and added stardust stickles...again i've use a combination aof Promarkers and Copics....

so i'm going to cross all my fingers and toes and go join in the Sassy Blog Hop...
