Clearly in love.....

Ok..so it finally happened...i have given in and made a valentines card...but not the conventional type...now i'm sure i can (& will) fit this into quite a few challenges..which i will list below ...but one of the challenges was monochrome..white & one other but i thought i'd try and make something a little old fashioned and stuck with grey...the background paper was plain but i have stamped over it with a couple of clear PB stamps called clearly in love...the sentiment is from the same set....ive also distressed again as i thought this would continue the "old" theme...its the first time ive tried the whole mono thing so would really appreciate any comments..and if you like what you see why not become a follower and i'll pop over & say hi!!...thanks for looking....Debs x x

Just a quickie this eve..and my entry to this weeks challenge over at Fab 'n' Funky ...where they want to see embossing....ive used my new FF stamp and pink parfait papers and ive matted with some embossed (cuttlebug folder) white card which ...ive coloured with promarkers..ribbon is from my stash.....off for a nice glass of vino now...Debs x x

Allsorts sketch & DT call.....

Good afternoon..this is my entry for the Allsorts Challenge Blog where they have a fab sketch to follow....they are aso on the look out for a new DT member..figured i'd try my luck(again - every one loves a trier -right??..lol)..and ive used my fabuloso (is that even a word!??).new LOTV stamp..and my delish new FF Pink Parfait papers...yummy..ive also distressed again (its my new thing)...as per ive coloured with promarkers and added glossy accent to the clothes, shoes & brolly...flowers are from my stash ...thanks for stopping by...Debs x x

Hope everyone is having a fabby day..i managed to get a day off work..imperitive as my sandstone promarker had ran out!! - dont you just hate it when that happens....unfortunately whilst i was at the shop a few things just FELL into my basket...lol..which included these fabulous new papermania capsule collection papers..oh dear..whats a girl to do?..lol..and when i arrived home Mr Posty had delivered some fab new stamps from Lili of the Valley including this gorgeous fairy..isnt she adorable...ive also distressed the paper again as i thought she had a little shabby chic about her..i've managed to tie my card into a few challenges that i will list below..thanks for stopping by..Debs x x

All Creatures Great and Small

First of all..ITS SNOWING!!!..whats that about??..its time it gave over....on the plus side it gives me extra time to craft :-)..lol...so onto this evenings card which is for Milly's friend George who is 7 on fri...(mummy will you make me a card..)grrr..i never know where to start with boys cards but hopefully this will pass inspection...ive added a few buttons and some hand stitching seeing as flowers are a no no...i'm entering it into the Passion For ProMarkers challenge where the theme is "all creatures great and small"..and also the challenge over at The Craft Garden where the theme is "boys"...

not feeling the love......

Hiya!!...well maybe i'm just miserable ,but i'm not feeling the love at the moment and seeing as thats the theme for most challenges this month, i'm not doing too well.... but neva mind..ive still managed to tie this card into a couple of challenges..first of all the ABC challenge - M is for Masking..ive used my new C.C.Spring stamps again which came with this fabby tree stump and a swing(which i'm yet to try out)... and i think ive just made it for the Fab 'n' Funky Challenge where they want to see either digi images or sentiments - my digi sentiment was a freebie from pollycraft....thanks for stopping by..Debs x x

Totally Gorjuss meets MDUC

Hello!!...back from tidy school - ive been very busy this weekend - so im ready to craft..i have a very busy month ahead as ive 7 cards to make for family & friends birthdays just from me....then orders..orders..orders...!!!! anyways..over at Totally Gorjuss this week the challenge is paper piecing..scary as ive never tried it but i decided to give it a shot..i've teamed it up with the sketch over at theMagnolia Down Under Challenge where they also want you to include "girly & orange"...thanks for stopping by..Debs x
