Passion for Promarkers - Challenge 58 - think of a number!!

Hokey Cokey..it's that time again...and this week at Passion For ProMarkers Denise has chosen the theme of "think of a number"..as always the rest of the design team has come up with some AMAZING inspiration for you..so pop on over and show some love :-)

so onto my card.....

it was an order for a lady (Sue) at work...a family friend is turning 50 and he hates Ginger hair!!...and because Sue is ginger it was her one requirement..lol

i must admit i'm rather pleased with the result...the image is by Victoria Case ..and the age sentiment is a freebie which you can find here at Bird's Cards the other i did myself :-)

ive been really good this week and remembered to write down all the colours ive used (gold star please)

Skin Tones - Ivory, Blush, Dusky Pink & Pastel Pink

Hair - Honeycomb, Burnt Orange & Cocoa

Top/Eyeshadow/Bobble - Duck Egg & Turquoise

Skirt/Bodice - Cool Grey 1-5

Beer Glasses - Mustard, Honeycomb (lager) & Pastel Blue for the outline of the froth and glass

Lipstick - Carmine & Hot Pink

ive also added glossy accent to her lips and the glasses and stardust stickles to her eyeshadow and the froth

Totally in the Bag....

ok so i did schedule this last night....checked to make sure thats what it said...and low and behold..i come down this morning..and ..nothing!!...now says draft..grr...havnt been back to it to edit or anything...so must have a gremlin!!....so.....it's time for another fabulous challenge over at Totally Gorjuss ...where this week our theme is "in the Bag" ...now its not as scary as it seems..honest!!....i did ignore this for a full week and only made mine last night so it MUST be simple..lol...i found some fantastic tutorials over on Mels Blog ...and a direct link can be found here ......ive printed her template straight onto the back of some Kanban Card.... i used a small oval nestie for the holes for the handles..and simply added this gorgeous Leanne Ellis "Blossom" sugar nellie stamp from Funky Kits ... again mounting using my nesties...and thats it..coloured with promarkers and a little stardust stickles :-)

A Card For Fun????

well not strictly speaking..but it's an order for work and not a DT card for a change :-)...its actually for her sisters birthday and she lives in New Zealand..hence the lamb ..lol...but it is a quick post as its nearly bedtime...just a bit of commenting to catch up on first...

so..the image is magnolia...the papers are papermania capsule collection (the purple one ;-))..ive also added a little embossing with my cuttlebug folder and some extra dimension with my glossy accent..and of course ive coloured with promarkers...flowers are from wild orchid craft (link in sidebar)..and there's a few stardust stickles thrown in for good measure...im also entering my card in the following challenges

Passion for Promarkers - Challenge 57 - favourite things

Good morning..its time for another challenge ovet at Passion For ProMarkers and this week i got to choose the theme :-)...and i chose "favourite things"...you know "raindrops on roses " and all that.... a lot of you may have seen my tutorial friday..and seen the fabulous digi image "Snow Fairy" that i got to work with and she definately falls into the "snowflakes that fall on your nose and eye lashes" part of the song and christmas IS my favourite time of year....so we want YOU to use a fabulous image to reflect YOUR favourite things!!..simples :-)

and finally the finished card..as you can see...ive kept it pretty simple

Passion for Promarkers - Challenge 56

Morning!!..are you all ready for fathers day this weekend??!!... well as you know i dont "do" mens cards..but it seems to fall on deaf ears... as this week over at Passion For ProMarkers Debbi has given us a fabulous sketch with the theme..you guessed it.. a Male Card...grrr...but after ignoring it for a while i rose to the challenge...and came up with this....

ive used one of my new LOTV stamps..(see i did show willing and buy a blokey one!!)..and no DP..ive just stamped several times on white card and cut into neat(cough) little squares...coloured the main image with promarkers and added a little glossy accent...ribbon and gems from stash :-)

Totally Gorjuss - Challenge 33 - one for the boys

Morning...well i cant believe we are round to saturday again...and this time at Totally Gorjuss we want to see cards for the "boys" in your life :-)...as most of you know i dont really "do" boy cards..but here's my effort

ive used a fabulous TGF digi...and ive coloured with promarkers (but im not at all happy with his hair !!)

the papers are DCWV..and ive had the sentiment for ages..(i mean..years!!)...

i added the sticker to the middle of his drum kit to make it even more funky and a little glossy accent to the symbols...i tend to keep boys cards pretty simple but hope you likey..Debs x

ive used some fabulous new magnolia papers...which have also been given the stardust stickle treatment...the image is also magnolia..the sentiment is a sassy studio digi and ive added some big pink ribbon from my stash and sprayed glimmer mist all over for some extra sparkle and finished off with a few flatback pearls

i also added a few stickles to her crown and wand
