All Dressed Up - Blog Hop

Hi Dressies, Welcome to our surprise birthday blog hop and challenge.

Today is the very talented Wendy’s birthday, for those who don’t know Wendy is the owner and artist behind All Dressed Up.

All the team would like to wish Wendy a very happy birthday and thank her for her amazing images, and for everything she does.

We normally have our new challenge on the 15^th, but as today is Wendy’s birthday we wanted to do a surprise birthday blog hop, along with our challenge.

Firstly the challenge, the challenge theme is Anything goes as long as it features one of our images or digital papers and with a couple of freebies available from the challenge and facebook page there's no reason not to play along :-)

I've made this card using the gorgeous "Fairy Magic"

I've coloured her up with the following Copic Ciao's

Dress - BV08, BV04, BV02, B60
Ribbon V09, V06, V12
Wings, RV23, RV21, RV10 and blender

Papers spotty paper is from a 12 x 12 First Edition paper pad - Spring Drop, the other is a docrafts - Lucy Cromwell....i've hand stitched then mounted onto Kraft card :-)

This is such an easy theme and we cannot wait to see all your fantastic entries, the winner will receive 3 images of their choice from the Store

A Quick Make

Hi crafty peeps...just popping on to share a card i made for a Diamond Anniversay :-)

Pictures aren't the best as it's an easel card and it's white...i always have trouble with this so any tips feel free to share!!

I've kept it simple, I've embossed my card then mounted on silver and lilac card and finished off with a few sparkly gems...I've also added a few die cut butterflies (memory box) and corners (SCACD) in the silver card.

Quick fathers day make

Hi crafty peeps...just sharing a super quick fathers day card i've made....a great way to use up those scraps!!

The stamp was free with the April edition of Docrafts Creativity...stamped straight onto the left over paper from yesterday's card and coloured up with my black copic ciao ...the papers are MME Quilting Bee mounted onto black card and i've used a MS punch to add a fancy border. I've also added some simply gorjuss mini buttons to finish.

Papers and buttons are available, with lots of other goodies from That Craft Place Shop or their facebook page. You can also find our current Men challenge here.

Three Little Summer Girls - All Dressed Up Inspiration

Finally i can share my fantastic news....I'm joining the design team over at All Dressed Up and today is my first post for them :-)

So...here we go crafty peeps :-)

It is launch time at All Dressed Up, and we have four fantastic images for you for this months launch.

As inspiration for the new launch I've made a larger 8 x 8 card using

3 Little Summer Girls

The papers are some 12 x 12 scraps i had left over by My Minds Eye mounted onto black card. I've used a MS border punch and the flowers are punched out too (EK i think?) with a little sparkly gem in the middle, I've also doodled round the edges.

I've coloured with the following copic ciao,

Red Hair - E29, E08, YR07, YR04, YR23

Brown Hair - E47, E71, E51

Black Hair - Black, C7, C3, B60

Bird House

Afternoon crafty peeps....I've been uber busy preparing DT work to share later in the week :-).... but today I'm sharing a card  i made a few weeks ago.... before i'd unpacked all my crafty bits... for my friend...I've used this gorgeous Elisabeth Bell stamp called Bird House....

I've had the papers a while, they're First edition "New Leaf", and I coloured with a mix of copic ciao, flex and Promarkers (sorry didn't write them down).
