afternoon peeps..we have a new challenge up over at Saturated Canary - Read All About It - so either add text, take inspiration from your favourite book or even make a book mark :0)

I've coloured up the gorgeous "Gardener Gayle" from the SC range of Little Darlings Stamps you can find her at Quixotic Paperie

I've taken my inspiration from "The Secret Garden"..papers are graphic45 and she's coloured with a mix of Copic Ciao, Flex and Promarkers..

Happy Mothers day...

Afternoon peeps..it's mothers Day here in the UK so I hope all you ladies are being spoiled rotten :-)

I have a couple of cards to share today..up first is Flutterby Annabelle 

now she wasn't supposed to be covered in glitter .. I figured I would add some sparkle to her wings and managed to spill liquid opal dust all over..the only thing  I could do was spread it out and hoped it dried ..so the whole card is on the sparkly side!!...she's been coloured with Copic Ciao, Flex and ProMarkers..don't forget you can check out my simple cloud tut here

now this was a Mothers day card for my MIL and so i made a back up just in case she didn't dry out..this time using the super cute Sunshine Annabelle

I love doing CAS cards like this as they really show off the gorgeous images..both of which are available from Tiddly Inks and include lovely extra's :-) again she is coloured with a mix of Copic Ciao, Flex and ProMarkers ..

Going La-La....

Afternoon peeps..just a quick hello to share my MIL's birthday card :-)..I've used the gorgeous "Dress Up Marci" from La-La Land Crafts

I've coloured her with Flex and Promarkers and used lace, ribbon and embellies from my stash I've also added some MS punched butterflies and the flowers are from a Nellie Snellen duo punch and embosser..the leafy swirl is from a bigshot die :-)...

A couple of cards...

Well it's a while since I've had chance to blog.. I was poorly sick..then we've been sorting out a re-mortgage on our house...I've had 6 family birthdays....then poorly sick again (and still coughing!!) and then this week we've been trying to help my eldest with choosing his options..hopefully this week I can start to play catch up!!..so in Blue Peter fashion.. "here's one I made earlier"..well 2 actually :-)

first up the gorgeous Saturated Canary Up, Up, Away...

I'm still practising skin tones with my copic ciaos and she has a bit of a sun tan lol....

next up is another gorgeous SC image "Turtle Lurv" 

this was for my DD's birthday and i didnt add many embellishments as we are going to pop her in a frame.. I printed her off pretty big the card itself is 8" x 8"

she's coloured with Copic Ciao, Flex and Promarkers....a few people have asked about the cloudy sky.. I did a simple tut ages ago and you can find it along with others under my name header in "My Tutorials"...
