first up this easel card which i made for the MIL to give to her mum..i love these papers!!..they are called "Gabrielle" by Bo Bunny...distressed and stickled and all finished off with a few flowers and punched butterflies :0)

Annabelle.....

so today i've altered a notebook using one of the fabby new steampunk release from Make It Crafty....she's called "Annabelle"...isn't she just totally fabulous!!

i've stamped around the edges with distress ink and the metal flower is by Tim Holtz :0)...i've stuck to what i know and coloured with ProMarkers....here's a list of colours...Shale, Cinnamon, Tan, Putty, Almond, Dusky Pink, Sunkissed Pink, Pale Pink, Baby Pink...and a little WG 5&4 on to deepen the darker areas on the boots....

i'm entering her in the following challenges..

Furry Friends...

Two christmas cards in the same week and it's only July!!..but i couldnt resist inking up this super sweet stamp "Furry Friends" from my winnings in last weeks Sugar Bowl :0).....it's available from Funky Kit's but be warned you may be heading for a plastic meltdown.....

i've followed the Sketch over at The Sugar Bowl but kept everything pretty simple..i cut a circle with my nesties and ran it through a snowflake embossing folder added a few punched snowflakes and added a little ribbon and a charm from my stash..i've coloured with ProMarkers but again went for the "Less is More" approach...papers are left over from last year and everything has been stickled :0)

Passion for Promarkers - It's a Sketch....

This week at Passion for Promarkers the lovely Michele has designed a fabby sketch for you to follow...

here's my interpretation of the sketch..

i used some yummy Bo Bunny papers which have been distressed and stickled :0)...the cogs are by Make It Crafty and are available in the UK from Quixotic Paperie (excellent and quick service!!)..ive coloured them with walnut stain distress inks and a gold promarker and then added some crackle accents to give them an aged look :0)....the buckle was from my bestest Kaylou..cheers chick :0)...and the image is one of my favourite Sassy Girls "Amelia" and is available from Funky Kits...she is coloured with PM's in warm grey 1-5 with just a few black high lights again using the new fine tips from Letraset .....

Quick and Simple Christmas....

Just a quickie from me today...i went to the summer crafting show in Doncaster at the weekend and got my hands on lots of new stash and in particular some of the new LOTV christmas stamps..eeek!!...so of course i rushed home and made a quick card..(it was quick coz i havnt got much xmas stash left..).......

first up my crafty purchases (well Saturdays coz i managed to sneak back Sunday shhh)..mmm lot's of yumminess (word?)...

and now my quick card :0)

Well it's Tuesday which means i'm babysitting my baby nephew all day and that it's fat club tonight...i've now lost a stone and a half (go Debbie..go Debbie)..so only a couple more pounds to target :0)...it also means it's time for another challenge at Passion For ProMarkers where this week Julie challenged us to " Tie a Yellow Ribbon".....and this weeks winner will receive a £10 voucher for Joanna Sheen ....

The lush papers are MME which i have hand stitched..i also made my own flowers using my circle nesties..the flourish is a Marianne Die..ribbon and pearls are from my stash..the image is SN Simply Sassy - Carnival Balloon and is available from Funky Kits ...everything is coloured with PM's and i also got chance to try out the new fine nib attachment..if you havnt seen them they just fit to your existing PM's..they are available from Letraset in packs of 3 for just £1.99

Messy Missions
