Just over 2 hours left to get your entries in to "The Sugar Bowl"..challenge....here's my final effort :0)...I've used "those" scrummy papers again and the "Puss In Boots" stamp as i just love it so..I've flipped and rotated Cathy's sketch..hope you likey :0)

I've used flex and Promarkers to colour and added details with my gel pen..and I've tried to add fur to the putty cat..not sure how successful that was though.....

A Very Sparkly Christmas......#2

OMG i am so in love with these papers..they are just so lush and super sparkly :0)...it's a shame to cut into them really..i think i may have to buy more just to stroke lol...anyway here's my second special family card :0)

i've again used a super sweet SN stamp..she's called "Furry Friends" and is available from Funky Kits

I've followed Cathy's sketch (again) over at The Sugar Bowl and distressed the edges of my papers and added platinum stickles..for the large snowflakes I've used a Marianne die a small punch from hobbycraft and finished with flatback pearls...the ribbon is from my stash... hope you likey :0)

A Very Sparkly Christmas......

Howdy Doody :0)..well... most of my orders are out of the way now... so I've finally started on my own Christmas cards!!..i only make half a dozen special cards so hopefully it'll not take long to finish them :0)...

this is the card I've posted out to my mum and dad in Cyprus....

hmmm..not sure there is enough sparkle..lol...i totally adore this Sugar Nellie stamp..she's called "Crystal Flakes" and is available from Funky Kits

I've coloured her with Flex and ProMarkers and used a white and sparkle jelly roll for the details....the super delicious papers are Bo Bunny 12" x 12"...and as if it wasn't bad enough that i cut into them i then proceeded to attack them with my distress tool...and added a liberal helping of stickles...the ticket sentiment is by Whimsy Stamps and the ribbon is from my stash...I've followed the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl :0)

Passion For ProMarkers - Mega Challenge

...This week we are launching our very special Mega Christmas challenge over at Passion For ProMarkers...which will last until January 3rd 2012. Bling It On..Christmas

bookmark....

so my friend has been asking me for months...and months... if i would make her a bookmark when i had a "spare minute"...well that was never going to happen..well not any day soon...commissions...dT work...commenting...housework..school run...you know how it is...but this week it was her birthday so i figured i would pull my finger out and get one made...i dusted off Miss Anya and decided to play with my copics too :0)...

i've added a few punched flowers and some crystal swirls and decided to make a matching notebook :0)

I just love these papers combined with the Kraft card..i have lightly distressed the edges and adde some stickles :0)..the sentiment is a Tim Holtz ticket that i have trimmed down

i really enjoyed taking the time out to make something different but for now i'm back to the xmas cards..

Creative Inspirations GDT Card

Whoop whoop... i was asked by the wonderful Shell to be a Guest Designer over at Creative Inspirations this week ...and of course i jumped at the chance :0)...this weeks theme is "Stitching"...rather than Faux i wanted to add some proper stitching this time...i don't have a sewing machine so it was lovingly done by hand :0)

this gorgeous image is a Saturated Canary Digi by the super talented Krista and she's called  " Violet, A Ragamuffin"...just adorable :0)

I've coloured with Pro and Flex Markers and added a little glitter with a gelly roll pen :0)..the yummy papers are MME..so lush and I've nearly used them all now *sobs*...the flowers are EK success punches and the swirl is a Marianne Die..ribbon and pearls are from my stash :0)
