EEEEEEEEK!!!...

WHOOP WHOOP!!...i can finally share my news... i'm honoured,amazed and excited to announce that i've been asked to join the fabulous Totally Gorjuss DT Girls as part of their GDT for the next THREE!!! months whoo hoo..to say i'm a little giddy would be an understatement..lol..i can't wait to play!! :-)...also watch this space as April is my blogversary and ive already started collecting some "Gorjuss" ;-) candy.... ..and for my next trick...ta da..this is my entry for Totally Gorjuss - for mum... and Totally Paper Crafts ..fab sketch, oh and Allsorts - Mothers Day..and Cute Card Thursday -Ribbon ( a lot or a little)..ive used those delish new K&Co papers again..and i think the image is a motivet digi... found a freebie ages ago and forgot to post it and found it in a file when i was looking for something else....ive coloured with promarkers and the flowers are from my stash...

When i saw the preview of this new Diane Duda Digi image from Funky Kits i knew i just had to have him!!...as you know i'm not one for boys cards usually but i really enjoyed making this...ive used my basic grey papers that ive had forever but have been very neglected...ive coloured with promarkers..buttons and ribbon are from my stash and ive also added glossy accent to his little friends...and again ive managed to combine a few challenges listed below...i'll be back shortly with my "news"..EEEEK!!...Debs x

Hi Guys... hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend... i'm in a very excitable mood..but cant share yet ;-)...so i thought i'd share my entry to this week's challenge over at The Sugar Bowl ..thers a fab sketch to follow by Kathy and the please include option is "shabby chic"...part of the sketch is circular but rather than cutting one out ive used my flowers and pearls (hope thats ok)...also the photo's a little bright..probably the flash with it being so dull and dreary here..but i think you get the gist...thanks for stopping by...Debs

A Little Dotty .....

Just a quickie before bedtime... i was lucky enough to win last weeks challenge over at Fab 'n' Funky ..which was a $10 voucher for Fresh Brewed Designs..they are digi images created by a lovely lady called Heather and you can check out her blogpage with a link to her online store HERE ...i'm entering it into a couple of challenges... Sketch and Stash where they have a fab sketch to follow and also the challenge over at Totally Paper Crafts where the theme is "Lots of Spots"..think ive covered that one!!...so ive used my new ladybug image..kanban card and neglected CC papers..ribbon and flowers are from my stash and the little swirly bit is an Anita's glitteration sticker..ive coloured with promarkers and added a little glossy accent for dimension to the spots, feet and necklace..and some wobbly eyes...thanks again for your lovely comments...debs x x

The Sugar Bowl - Sweet & Sassy....

Good evening all...well the birthday celebrations are finally over...and with everything else back to normal..i'm now left with a little "me time"...a very rare commodity...so this card was just for fun..and one to top up my emergency birthday box...ive followed the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl ..they also want you to include..3 flowers, 2 brads(mine are flower shaped) and 1 button...which i have used as my flower centres... the image is called sweet & sassy by sugar nellie at funky kits..and her first card outing...ive given her flowers a little added dimension with some glossy accent... ive also used my fab PM capsule papers again..in aqua and heather...hope you likey..thanks for stopping by...Debs x x x

Morning...well can you believe it...more snow here today!!...still the dog's enjoying it :-) ... just a quick post again today..Guy's & Dolls is finally finished..(Bugsy Malone next!)...but it's Milly's 7th bithday tomorrow so i need to make her a card...for this card i had mothers day in mind but i havent added a sentiment in case i change it( as i often do).. i've used the sketch over at LOTV but ive also managed to tie it into some other challenges (listed below) ...ive used my LOTV fairy stamp again..i really do love her...and some new FF & PM capsule papers which i have distressed a little...the ribbon and bow are also PM... buttons and flowers are from my stash...as per ive coloured with promarkers...have a fabby weekend...Debs x x x

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!

Hi all..just a quickie from me today!!..Casey has been rehearsing for Guys & Dolls for two weeks and its his first show tonight so were off to watch him..but not before we toss a few pancakes!!..but its also my Dads birthday today (it was mums last week..Milly's next week and MIL's on the 28th)..so i thought i'd share the card i made him and enter it into a few of challenges..the first is Charisma Cardz Challenge where they want you to "think male"... the second is The Pink Elephant where they want you to include ribbon on your card...and finally Allsorts - 321 - you decide...(3 buttons, 2 papers, 1 image) right then off to organise pancakes..have a fabby evening...Debs x x

PFP meets Fab 'n' Funky

Good evening...well we actually had some sunshine today (not that i saw much of it because i was working!!)...but still it made a change from the snow.....for this card i followed last weeks sketch at MAWTT but forgot to post it..Doh...but..i'm still in time for the other 2 challenges which i made it for...the first one is Passion For ProMarkers where this week there is a colour challenge of Agean, Sky blue and Cool Aqua..(i have sneaked a little lilac in too)...and the second is Fab 'n' Funky where the theme is shabby chic..so ive distressed my PM papers again ...ive also added some opal dust to the feather boa then gone over again with my glossy accent..ive also glossed up her bag and the beads..the image is Dressing-up Maggie by Sugar Nellie..and its her first outing....i think she's dressed to impress ...lol...thanks for the lovely comments you leave...Debs x

I Love Promarkers GDT card 1#

A long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.......well it seems an age away..lol..i won a challenge over at I Love Promarkers ..which means because of their new look weekly challenges i get to be Guest Designer for the next THREE weeks!!!...EEEEEKKKK!!!..how excited have i been!!..it's a real dream come true :-) .... so below is their fabby sketch and this week there's also a colour theme of pink and brown....ive used another gorgeous stamp from my C.C.Designs Spring Kit..isn't she just adorable...ive also added a little opal dust to her wings then gone over with some glossy accent too...iv'e resized the sketch as im addicted to square cards..why not pop over and check out the fabulous DT's cards....and join in the fun...Debs x

Clearly in love.....

Ok..so it finally happened...i have given in and made a valentines card...but not the conventional type...now i'm sure i can (& will) fit this into quite a few challenges..which i will list below ...but one of the challenges was monochrome..white & one other but i thought i'd try and make something a little old fashioned and stuck with grey...the background paper was plain but i have stamped over it with a couple of clear PB stamps called clearly in love...the sentiment is from the same set....ive also distressed again as i thought this would continue the "old" theme...its the first time ive tried the whole mono thing so would really appreciate any comments..and if you like what you see why not become a follower and i'll pop over & say hi!!...thanks for looking....Debs x x
